These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation in the Metriq.one Affiliate Program (the “Program”), which is operated by Metriq.one (“Metriq.one,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). - Affiliate Eligibility:

- Commission Structure:

5.1. Termination by Metriq.one: Metriq.one reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, in its sole discretion. Termination may result from violations of these Affiliate Terms, Metriq.one’s Terms and Conditions, or any unethical or fraudulent activity.
5.2. Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates may choose to terminate their participation in the Program at any time by providing written notice to Metriq.one.
- Changes to Affiliate Terms:
Metriq.one reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms, including commission rates and payout thresholds, with prior notice to Affiliates. Any changes will apply to future commission earnings and will not affect previously earned commissions.
- Governing Law:
