4.2. You retain ownership of the Content you submit. However, by posting Content on Metriq.one, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute your Content for the purposes of operating and promoting Metriq.one.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. The content on Metriq.one, including without limitation, the text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Metriq.one and is protected by international copyright laws.

5.2. You may not use any Metriq.one trademarks, service marks, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.

6. Subscription Terms

6.1. Billing: Certain features of Metriq.one may require a subscription fee. By choosing to subscribe to these features, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription on a timely basis.

6.2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current term.

6.3. Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Metriq.one is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or content of the platform.

7.2. To the extent permitted by law, Metriq.one shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use Metriq.one; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from Metriq.one; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through Metriq.one by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via Metriq.one, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Metriq.one is advised of the possibility of such damages.
