The 2024–2028 GCC–ASEAN Cooperation Framework connects two blocs — six Gulf states and ten Southeast Asian economies — into a single strategic partnership. A programme officer monitoring implementation across that partnership currently reconciles reports from two regions built on entirely different measurement conventions, on different cycles, with no shared evidence standard.
Aggregate Vantage removes the reconciliation step. Every Organisation, Cooperative, and Practitioner-tier node — GCC or ASEAN — reads on the identical CRI convergence standard. Enterprise tier reads all of them, named individually, in one evidence layer.

Aggregate Vantage does not blend GCC and ASEAN nodes into a single averaged figure. Every node is read and shown individually, on the same evidence standard, regardless of bloc.

Organisation, Cooperative, and Practitioner-tier nodes capture field-level evidence on the identical CSI architecture — a node in Riyadh and a node in Jakarta produce directly comparable signal without either side changing how it operates.

Enterprise tier reads CRI convergence — 2 of 3 modules confirming — from every linked node simultaneously. Nothing is normalised or estimated across the reporting gap between blocs; each node's own confirmed status is what travels upward.

A fund manager or programme officer sees which specific node — by name, not by bloc average — is outside its confirmed range, before the next scheduled report would have surfaced it.
