1. Are members earning more?

Now — what do they earn per kilo?
If the number went up — good.
If it did not — why not?
2. Is the cold storage being used?
How many kilos went through the cold storage this month?
Is that enough to cover the running cost?
If yes — the asset is working.
If no — find out why before the cost swallows the cooperative.
3. Is the credit helping?
How many members borrowed through the cooperative this month?
At what rate?
Are they paying it back?
Or are they still going to the 5-6 lender?
If they are still going to the 5-6 lender —
the cooperative credit is not reaching them.
Find out why.
4. Is the harvest growing?
Are members planting more than last season?
Buying more seedlings?
Producing more volume?
If income is growing —
reinvestment should follow.
If it is not — the extra income is going somewhere else.
Find out where.
5. Is utang going down?
Are fewer members taking rice and goods on credit?
Are more members paying cash?
If yes — real money is entering the community.
If no — something in the cooperative is not working yet.
That is the report card.
