You have a location — a print shop, a school, a cooperative office, a health centre. People already come to you. You already have a printer, a scanner, and a connection. That is the entire infrastructure requirement.

You register as a Node Business. MetriqOne certifies you for your community. One Node per community — the first to certify holds preferred status.

You register Member Operators and run the paper cycle

Member Operators are the small operations in your community — market vendors, cooperative members, micro-enterprises. You register each one. The system generates their QR-coded observation form. You print it.

They fill it in. When the form is ready, they bring it back. You scan it and upload it. The weekly evidence report prints. You hand it to them — or deliver it to whoever needs it. That is the full cycle.

Member Operators who use the app on their own phone still need you for the printed report. You are the print infrastructure for your entire community, regardless of how each person submits their data.

Before you arrived, no one was serving it

A cooperative federation, a development agency, or a local government office that subscribes to MetriqOne at the appropriate scale receives an Aggregate Vantage — a structured signal view across the independent owner-operators active in their area or deployment context.

The Node Business has no access to this view. The Node Business prints forms, scans forms, and prints reports. The signal belongs to the Member Operator. The aggregate picture belongs to the institution. The Node Business is the service that makes both possible.
