For Field Agents

Your job is simple — collect and record. MetriqOne handles the rest. You don't need to understand the whole system. You just need to know your tasks and how to submit a reading.

Step 1

Find your Device ID

Open your browser and go to metriq.one/collect/. You will see a code on screen — that is your Device ID. It looks something like this: 319b20b9-dd02-4077-8c6c-88f5104c7049

Share this code with your coordinator. They will use it to register you in the system.

Tip: You only need to do this once. After your coordinator registers you, your assignments will load automatically when you scan your QR code.

Step 2

Scan your QR code

Your coordinator will give you a QR code — either printed on your assignment sheet or sent to you directly. Scan it with your phone camera. It will open your personal collection form.

You will see only your assigned tasks — nothing else.

No internet right now? No problem. Open the app, collect your readings, and they will send automatically when you get back to WiFi.

Step 3

Submit your reading

Tap on a task. Enter what you observed — a number, a yes or no, or a short note depending on the task. Add a photo if needed. Then tap Record →

That's it. The reading is saved instantly. You can do the next one right away.

Each task is one tap. You can submit the same task many times in a day — each one is recorded separately with a timestamp.

Step 4

Check the sync status

At the top of your screen you will see a small indicator. It shows whether your readings have been sent to the system or are waiting for connection.

● Synced — all sent. You're good.
↑ 3 queued — saved on your phone, will send when connected.
● Offline — no connection right now. Keep collecting, it will catch up.
