Getting Started

For Decision Makers

MetriqOne gives you a clear picture of what is actually happening in your operation — built from real evidence, collected by your own people. Your role is to validate, to sign off, and to act when the signals tell you something needs attention.

What you'll see
The Signal Dashboard

Your main view is the MetriqOne Signals page. It shows your key result areas — Stability, Safety, Continuity — each with a colour dot and a status.

Green means things are running within normal range. Amber means the system is watching but hasn't confirmed a problem. Red means something is outside the expected range and deserves your attention.

You can expand any area to see which specific indicators are driving the status.

The dot is not a judgement. It is a reading. It tells you where to look — not who to blame.
What you sign
Monthly Validation

Each month, your coordinator will present a validation form — a summary of the key results across your deployment. Your signature confirms that you have reviewed the evidence and that the record is accurate.

This is not a formality. It is the governance layer that makes the evidence chain complete. When you sign, you are saying: this is what happened, and I have seen it.

Evidence without validation is data. Evidence with validation is a record. The difference matters when decisions need to be justified.
What to do
When a signal turns red

A red signal means the system detected something outside normal operating range. It is not an alarm — it is information. The right response is to look at the underlying readings and ask your coordinator what is driving it.

Most red signals have straightforward explanations. Some will need a decision from you. The system shows you where to focus — you decide what to do.

MetriqOne does not tell you what the right answer is. It tells you what the evidence says.

What it isn't
Not a surveillance tool

MetriqOne measures processes, not people. The indicators track what is happening in your operation — delivery times, completion rates, resource availability. They do not measure who is at fault.

Your team collects the evidence. The system aggregates it. You use it to make better decisions — together.

Performance measurement works when people trust the instrument. The instrument earns trust by being fair, transparent, and consistent.
