For Coordinators
You set up the deployment, assign the work, and keep an eye on what's coming in. The system does the heavy lifting — your job is to make sure the right people are collecting the right things.
Go to the MCA Builder from your dashboard. Answer the questions about your organisation — what you do, what's getting in the way, and what you want to improve.
Be specific. The system reads your answers and builds a measurement stack from them. The more honest you are, the better the output.
When you're happy with the context, confirm it. The system will generate your performance indicators.
The Kitchen shows you every indicator the system generated. For each one, click Review — the system will assess whether it makes sense for your specific context and suggest what data to collect.
You can accept it, accept with small changes, or flag it for discussion. Flagged indicators are not blocked — they're noted and logged so there's a record of the conversation.
Go to Delegation. For each indicator, select which agent is responsible, and set the period — when the assignment starts and when it ends, or mark it as permanent.
Save all assignments. This writes the delegation to the deployment record permanently.
Go to Agents. Each agent needs to share their Device ID with you — they find it at metriq.one/collect/. Enter their name, role, and Device ID. A QR code is generated for each agent.
Give each agent their QR code. That's their key to the collection form.
Once agents start collecting, go to MetriqOne Signals. You'll see your indicators grouped by area, with a colour showing the current status — green is on track, amber needs attention, red is a signal that something is happening outside normal range.
You don't need to do anything unless something turns red. The system watches for you.
